Availability & Price Enquiring
Please go in to the details of the property you like, fill in the request form or call us quoting the property name for more details. We aim to respond within a couple of hours. Please make sure that you tell us how many you have in your group as well as your arrival and departure dates.
All properties are non-smoking and have not been adapted for disabled or wheelchair access. Children must be monitored at all times.
Booking a Property
A Booking Deposit of 25% of the Full Rental Fee (not including any hired items) is required to book a property. N.B. If you are booking within 8 weeks of your arrival the full amount, including the cost of any hired items and the Security Deposit, will be due up front.
The following items can be hired in addition to the property:
Cot Beds with linen at £35 per week per item
High Chairs at £35 per week per item
Extra Beds (if applicable) at £70 per week per item
Welcome Pack of basic food provisions at £40
Please enquire for details on babysitting, extra maid service and chef requirements.

Paying the Balance
The Final Balance, including a refundable £200 Security Deposit and the cost of any extras hired, is due 8 weeks before your Arrival Date. Upon receipt you will be sent by email the full Directions & Access details for the property.
We can accept cheques, bank transfers and credit card payments* (*credit card payments are taken through PayPal in £GBP and are subject to a 4% handling fee).
We can accept all forms of payment in £GBP and in some cases Euros.
